National City Tower

National City Tower

The National City Tower was originally home to the National City Bank, situated in the heart of Los Angeles’ historical financial district, known as “The Wall Street of the West”. The building has been fully reactivated and has become a bolster of development on the southerly portion of Spring Street. EPG entitled the building with a master conditional use permit for restaurant and market, a basement restaurant, and a basement bar located in the former bank’s vault, all with a full line of alcohol and live entertainment. EPG also obtained building permits for the basement bar. NCT is now home to Terroni, Crane’s Bar, and Peking Tavern, and was able to introduce all tenants to the property owner.
