Elizabeth Peterson Group, Inc. (EPG) is a land-use consulting firm headquartered in downtown Los Angeles, CA, specializing in mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and hospitality developments located in historic and urban communities.

Since 2001, EPG has championed hospitality and live/work/play projects from inception to operation. With its entitlement and land-use experts, EPG moves through the complicated government and community approval processes required to open and sustain successful ventures.
